  • ½ medium head Romaine Lettuce, torn into small pieces
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 cup baby arugula
  • ½ cup basil, thinly sliced
  • 3 Persian cucumbers diced or 1 cucumber

  • 1 cup ripe apricots, chopped
  • 1 avocado, chopped
