Walnut Crescent Cookies (organic)
Light, melt-in-your-mouth goodness.
Cream butter in a mixing bowl.
Add ¼ cup powdered sugar and beat until fluffy. Add remaining 1¾ cups powdered sugar, water, flour, vanilla, and Eatnuts.com Chopped Walnuts and mix well.
Shape dough into logs, 1 heaping tablespoon each. Place dough on a cookie sheet and shape into crescents.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
Roll warm cookies in additional powdered sugar and cool.
