Ingredients List:

  • ½ cup dried coconut (shredded or flakes)
  • 4 cups fresh spring water
  • 1-2 ounces raw agave
  • 5 medjool dates (pitted)
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint flavor
  • This lovely drink is very refreshing yet satisfying to a sweet tooth at the same time. The combination of the mint and cacao almost make you feel like you are drinking a peppermint patty!

    Directions

    1. Place all the ingredients in a high powered blender like a Vitamix machine

    2. Blend on high for 2-3 minutes until completely liquified

    3. Chill and serve or warm and serve hot
