  • 1 cup unsweetened dried coconut
  • ¼ cup cacao butter
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ cup cacao powder
  • ¼ cacao nib or chocolate chips

    Directions

    1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until dough begins to form and all ingredients are well blended.

    3. Place in refrigerator until hard.

    4. Serve, then store left overs in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to seven days.

    Each brownie bite is rich with bursts of cacao and chocolate flavoring. The cacao butter makes them smooth and creamy like a brownie and the almond flour balances it out giving the brownie bites a similar texture to a brownie. The amount of cacao nibs and cacao powder also make it hard to tell that you are eating a raw dessert and low carb brownies.
