Ingredients List:

  • 1 (3oz) package beef flavored ramen noodles
  • 1 (8.5oz) package broccoli coleslaw mix
  • 2 stalks green onion
  • ½ cup Eatnuts.com Sliced Natural Almonds, roasted

  • ½ cup fried peas
  • ½ cup sesame sticks

  • Dressing:
  • ¼ cup white vinegar
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • seasoning packet
  • A favorite Asian slaw recipe, light, crunchy and delicious.

    Directions

    1. For this recipe, you will need a large mixing bowl, a cookie sheet, a cutting board, measuring cups & spoons, mason jar with lid (or bowl & whisk), and a large mixing spoon.

    2. Begin by roasting the Eatnuts.com Sliced Natural Almonds and Eatnuts.com Sunflower Seeds at 350F for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, prepare the green onion.

    3. Open the package of ramen and set aside the beef flavoring. Break apart the noodles into bite-sized pieces and place at the bottom of a large mixing bowl. Top the noodles with the green onion, Eatnuts.com Sliced Natural Almonds roasted, Eatnuts.com Sunflower Seeds roasted, fried peas, sesame sticks, and finally the broccoli slaw.

    4. In a jar, or small bowl with whisk, combine sugar, seasoning packet, oil, and vinegar - shake or whisk until emulsified. Pour over the slaw, cover, and chill for at least 10 minutes and up to 24 hours.
