Blueberry Coconut Gluten Free Granola
Gluten free granola beats any healthy cereal brands when you are looking for something healthy to eat for breakfast for you and your family. Why not make your own homemade granola? You can enjoy it as cereal, make homemade granola bars, use it as a topping for yogurt, in an Acai Bowl, or even with some Homemade Almond Milk. Healthy granola is made by substituting certain ingredients with healthier options like coconut oil, maple syrup or honey, and dried fruits with no added sugars.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pour melted oil, sweetener of choice, and vanilla over dry ingredients. Mix well until all the oats and/or nuts are lightly coated.
Pour the granola onto baking sheet and use a spoon to spread it into an even layer.
Bake until golden for about 20-25 minutes, stirring the granola halfway through.
While the granola cools, it will crisp even more.
Let the granola cool completely, then break it into pieces and stir in Eatnuts.com Dried Fruits.
Store granola in an airtight container at room temperature for about 1-2 weeks or in a freezer bag for up to three months.
This Blueberry Coconut Gluten Free Granola has a slight sweetness and a hint of salt, with an occasional burst of blueberry, raisin, and coconut. The crunch from the nuts and seeds partner well with the soft edge of the oats. This granola can be enjoyed by itself, with Homemade Almond Milk, or on top of an Acai Bowl.Healthy Recipes, High Fiber Recipes, Almond Flour Recipes, Brazil Nut Recipes, Gluten Free Recipes, Dried Blueberry Recipes, Hazelnut Recipes, Breakfast Recipes, Pecan Recipes, Side Dish Recipes, Pumpkin Seed Recipes, Snack Recipes, Whole Pitted Date Recipes, Walnut Recipes
