Ingredients List:

  • ⅛ cup Agave Syrup or ¼ cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons arrowroot powder
  • 3 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2¼ cups Eatnuts.com Homemade Almond Milk
  • ½ cup Evaporated Almond Milk
  • 4 ounces of dairy free chocolate chips
  • Light Chia Almond Chocolate Pudding is a divine chocolaty dessert. It will satisfy any chocolate lover’s cravings in a healthy way. Chia and Almond Milk or coconut milk make a fantastic pudding texture, and with the addition of chocolate, you’re simply in heaven.

    Directions

    1. Whisk together all ingredients (except chocolate chips) in a medium sauce pan.

    2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, whisking constantly.

    3. Whisk in chocolate chips until fully melted, approximately one minute.

    4. Transfer into a bowl and place plastic wrap over the top of the pudding to prevent a top skin layer.

    5. Once the pudding has cooled stir in chia seeds and mix thoroughly.

    6. Let sit in refrigerator for 20 minutes until it thickens, then serve.
