  • 1 ounce of agave
  • dash of salt
  • 3 cups ice
  • * Must have a Vitamix machine or a high-powered blender that can make ice cream.
  • When you are looking to make a quick vegan dessert or a raw vegan dessert, you can’t go wrong with Vegan Pistachio Ice Cream. It is not only an easy vegan treat but also a healthy raw dessert.


    1. In Vitamix container or high powered blender, place Eatnuts.com Cashews, Eatnuts.com Pistachios, Eatnuts.com Dates, agave, salt and ice.

    2. Start on low and then use the tamper to press all the ingredients into the blade, pressing down on all four corners as you increase to the highest speed.

    3. After 1-2 minutes, the texture will become more like ice cream and the machine will begin to create 4 pillow tops as all the ingredients are blended together.

    4. Scoop out into bowls and serve, topping each dish off with some crumbled Eatnuts.com Pistachios and agave or maple syrup (optional).
