Power Kale Salad

Cook quinoa and set to the side to cool.

Place all dressing ingredients in a Vitamix machine for best results, or in a blender. Blend on high until completely liquefied.
Pour dressing over salad. Toss salad together until well covered.
You can store the salad with the dressing in the refrigerator to eat later or simply enjoy right away.
