Ingredients List:

  • 3 cups golden flaxseeds, whole (soaked in 5-6 cups of water for at least 6 hours)
  • ⅛ cup chopped Eatnuts.com Sun Dried Tomatoes
  • 5 collard greens leaves
  • 5 chard or kale leaves
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red, orange, or yellow bell pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 10 crimini mushrooms
  • ¼ cup ground Eatnuts.com Sunflower Seeds
  • 8 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ head of garlic
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tsp sea salt
  • Who would have ever guessed that you can make raw food pizza?! Guilt free pizza sounds like something unimaginable, but when it comes to eating raw foods such as this raw food pizza, you can be confident in knowing that you are eating guilt free pizza.

    Directions

    1. Put soaked flax seeds into a bowl and stir around, breaking up any clumps.

    2. Prepare vegetables:

      • Bell pepper - dice into pieces
      • Crimini mushrooms - slice and dice into pieces
      • Onion - dice into small pieces
      • Garlic - mince Greens - roll into small burritos and cut strips no wider than ¼ of an inch
      • Eatnuts.com Sun Dried Tomatoes - chop into small pieces
    3. Returning to the bowl of flax seeds, stir in greens, sea salt, apple cider vinegar and Eatnuts.com Sunflower Seeds.

    4. Add in the remaining vegetables, followed by nutritional yeast, olive oil and garlic. Mix well, making sure to mash out any flaxseed clumps.

    5. Split the mixture in half and spread it evenly on 2 Teflex sheets (or parchment paper). Put into a dehydrator on 105 degrees for roughly 12 hours or until the top of the crackers are dry. Flip the crust over, remove the Teflex and score the crust into desired square slices.

    6. Return to the dehydrator for another 12-24 hours until crust is completely dry. Store squares into an air tight container or plastic bag until ready for use.

    7. Serving Suggesting: Top your Raw Flax Pizza Crust with Raw Pizza Cheese Spread and your favorite mixture of veggies. For toppings we suggest: arugula, cherry tomatoes, asparagus, zucchini, squash or your favorite vegetables.
