In a skillet, sauté onions, garlic, and mushrooms with olive oil.
Once caramelized, mix with the Eatnuts.com Walnuts, cilantro, salt, cumin, and paprika in a food processor.
Once combined thoroughly, add in the rice or quinoa, the lentils, and tomato paste, then pulse a few times until well combined.
Shape the mixture into 6 large patties tightly. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook patties in the skillet for 5 minutes per side. Enjoy your burgers in a hamburger bun or serve on top of a bed of greens.
