Walnut Lentil Veggie Patties
In a skillet, sauté onions, garlic, and mushrooms with olive oil.

Once combined thoroughly, add in the rice or quinoa, the lentils, and tomato paste, then pulse a few times until well combined.
Shape the mixture into 6 large patties tightly. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
