  • Crust Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Almond Flour
  • 1 whole flax egg
  • (Combine 1 tablespoon ground flax +
  • 3 tablespoons water, then let sit for 5 minutes.)
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar or coconut sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil

  • Filling Ingredients:
  • 2 whole ripe medium bananas
  • 1¼ cup Cashews
  • 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • ¼ cup agave or ¼ cup honey
  • ⅓ cup full fat coconut milk

  • Topping Ingredients:
  • ½ cup Banana Chips
  • There are many dessert recipes out there, but if you are vegan or looking for foods free from gluten, our Banana Cream Pie recipe is perfect for you. The almond flour crust makes the pie gluten free, and the banana filling ingredients are all vegan.


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a pie dish.

    2. Mix all crust ingredients thoroughly in a medium bowl.

    3. Spread the crust mixture evenly into the pie dish, then bake in the oven for 8-12 minutes. Remove from the oven and set out to cool.

    4. Blend all the filling ingredients in a high powered blender or Vitamix machine until completely smooth.

    5. Spread the filling into the cooled pie crust.

    6. Top with Banana Chips, cover with plastic wrap, then freeze for 4-6 hours.

    7. After freezing the pie is ready to serve.
