Ingredients List:

  • 4 tortilla wraps of choice, regular or spinach
  • ½ cup Eatnuts.com Sun Dried Tomato Hummus or

  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • ¼ cup jicama, sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 tomato, deseeded and sliced
  • 4 pieces of dinosaur kale
  • ½ cup Eatnuts.com Date Almond Quinoa Pilaf
  • Note: You may also add any vegetables you like.

    Directions

    1. Lay each tortilla out flat and spread the Eatnuts.com Sun Dried Tomato Basil Hummus or Eatnuts.com Roasted Red Pepper Cashew Dip across the tortilla.

    2. Place ¼ of the veggies and Eatnuts.com Date Almond Quinoa Pilaf onto each wrap. Do not overfill the tortilla so you can easily roll it up.

    3. Fold in both ends of the wrap and roll it up. Use toothpicks if needed.

    4. Cut wrap in half and enjoy.
