Ingredients List:

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup raw buckwheat groats
  • 1 cup dried blueberries

  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ¼ cup hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon cardamom
  • 1 cored & roughly chopped apple
  • 1 cup Eatnuts.com Whole Pitted Dates, soaked
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ⅓ cup coconut oil
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • ¼ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
  • ½ cup spring water
  • Granola bars bursting with the freshest flavors and pure wholesome goodness without the processed sugars and chemicals in store-bought bars.

    Directions

    1. In a large bowl stir together: oats, buckwheat groats, dried blueberries, Eatnuts.com Slivered Almonds, Eatnuts.com Raw Pumpkin Seeds, chia seeds, hemp seeds, cinnamon, cardamom, and the roughly chopped apple.

    2. In a food process, combine: Eatnuts.com Dates, ¼ cup water, ¼ cup maple syrup. ⅓ coconut oil, vanilla, and salt in a food processor. Then transfer the mixture into the large bowl containing the dry ingredients.

    3. Use hands to mix the dry and wet ingredients. Afterwards, spread the granola mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place another sheet of parchment paper on top.

    4. Use a pizza roller to cut into bars and then place in freeze for 30 minutes.
