Ingredients List:

  • 1½ cups rolled oats (gluten-free)
  • ½ cup Slivered Almonds
  • ½ cup Pecan Halves
  • ⅓ cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened flaked coconut
  • 3 tablespoons buckwheat groats
  • 2½ tablespoons dried blueberries
  • 2½ tablespoons dried cherries
  • 1½ teaspoons cinnamon
  • ⅓ cup coconut oil
  • ⅓ cup maple syrup
  • This simple, homemade healthy granola calls for several ingredients that are nutritionally dense, allowing you to replace any of the nuts or dried fruits with your favorites.


    1. Pre-heat the oven to 275 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    2. In a large bowl, mix oats, Almonds, Pecans, Pumpkin Seeds, coconut, buckwheat groats, dried blueberries, dried cherries, and cinnamon all together.

    3. Add melted coconut oil and maple syrup to bowl and stir until evenly mixed together.

    4. Spread the granola into a thin layer on a baking sheet. Alternatively, you may choose create granola clusters.

    5. Bake in the over for 25 minutes and rotate the pan. For clusters, make sure not to stir the granola. Continue baking for another 15-25 minutes or until the granola becomes golden brown.

    6. Let the granola cool for at least 30 minutes prior to breaking it up.

    7. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.

    This recipe is one of the best granola recipes out there. The sweetness from the maple syrup and blueberries balance out with the tartness of the cherries.
