Balsamic Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients List:

  • 16 oz or 1 lb brussel sprouts
  • 2-4 garlic cloves (crushed)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup broth (vegetable or chicken)
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ⅓ cup Dried Cranberries
  • ¼ - ½ cup fresh parmesan cheese
  • Even if you are not a big fan of green vegetables, this brussel sprouts recipe may just surprise you with its amount of flavor.


    1. Pre heat over to 350 degrees.

    2. Cut Brussel sprouts in halves and place in an 8”x8” baking dish with dried cranberries.

    3. In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, salt and pepper, balsamic vinegar, garlic and broth until full combined.

    4. Pour mixture on top of brussel sprouts and Dried Cranberries.

    5. Place into oven and bake for 30-45 minutes, allowing the sprouts to become slightly golden brown.

    6. 2-5 minutes prior to removing them from the oven, top off with fresh parmesan cheese and allow to melt in oven.

    Brussel sprouts are tasty by themselves, but when combined with this savory garlic sauce, tangy balsamic vinegar and Sweet Dried Cranberries, they become out of this world. Each bite has the perfect texture of Brussel sprouts bursting with an array of flavors in your mouth leaving you wanting another bite. It has some similarities to a spinach strawberry salad with a balsamic vinaigrette.
