Balsamic Roasted Brussel Sprouts
Even if you are not a big fan of green vegetables, this brussel sprouts recipe may just surprise you with its amount of flavor.
Pre heat over to 350 degrees.
Cut Brussel sprouts in halves and place in an 8”x8” baking dish with dried cranberries.
In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, salt and pepper, balsamic vinegar, garlic and broth until full combined.
Pour mixture on top of brussel sprouts and Eatnuts.com Dried Cranberries.
Place into oven and bake for 30-45 minutes, allowing the sprouts to become slightly golden brown.
2-5 minutes prior to removing them from the oven, top off with fresh parmesan cheese and allow to melt in oven.
