Berry Cherry Nut Granola

This simple, homemade healthy granola calls for several ingredients that are nutritionally dense, allowing you to replace any of the nuts or dried fruits with your favorites.
Directions
Pre-heat the oven to 275 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix oats, Eatnuts.com Almonds, Eatnuts.com Pecans, Eatnuts.com Pumpkin Seeds, coconut, buckwheat groats, dried blueberries, dried cherries, and cinnamon all together.
Add melted coconut oil and maple syrup to bowl and stir until evenly mixed together.
Spread the granola into a thin layer on a baking sheet. Alternatively, you may choose create granola clusters.
Bake in the over for 25 minutes and rotate the pan. For clusters, make sure not to stir the granola. Continue baking for another 15-25 minutes or until the granola becomes golden brown.
Let the granola cool for at least 30 minutes prior to breaking it up.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
