Ingredients List:

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (preferably full fat)
  • 1 cup berry mix (blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, or your favorite berry)
  • ¼ cup soaked Almonds (soaked 2-4 hours or overnight)
  • ¼ cup soaked Walnuts (soaked for 2-4 hours or overnight)
  • Optional: 1-2 tablespoons honey
  • You can never go wrong with berries and yogurt. Add in a few nuts and you heave a very healthy snack or low carb breakfast option. Throw in a little honey and you can even call it dessert. Greek yogurt and berries go extremely well together and are frequent staple ingredients in many breakfast yogurt recipes.


    1. Place Greek yogurt in a bowl.

    2. Add berries on top with nuts (make sure to rinse soaked nuts).

    3. Add optional honey if you choose and enjoy!
