Dark Chocolate & Sea Salt Almond Butter

Ingredients List:
A deliciously decadent dark chocolate & sea salt almond spread.
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
You will need a food processor fitted with an "S" blade, measuring cups, measuring spoons, a cookie sheet, and a sauce pan.
Begin by roasting three cups of Eatnuts.com Whole Natural Almonds on a cookie sheet for about 10 minutes. Add the roasted almonds to your food processor and process for 15-20 minutes, scraping the sides of the bowl every few minutes. It will take quite a bit of time for oils in the almonds to release, but it will suddenly become creamy smooth. At this point, you have a delicious raw almond butter, and can be devoured immediately or stored in a airtight jar in your refrigerator.
Melt the coconut oil and dark chocolate chips in a saucepan on the lowest settings, stirring frequently until smooth. Turn the food processor back on and slowly pour in the melted chocolate, along with the cocoa powder, vanilla, honey, cinnamon, and sea salt - process until smooth.* Transfer to a pint sized glass jar and store in your pantry or refrigerator.
*If the butter seems to seize up, just add a little more melted coconut oil until it comes back together.
