Directions
In a Vitamix Machine or a high-powered blender add liquids first, then the orange. If you are using a regular blender, be sure to cut the fruits into small pieces.
Add all remaining ingredients.
Start mixer on low, then blend on high until everything is completely liquefied.
Add ice if desired to make the smoothie nice and cold.
Serve in your favorite smoothie drinking glass.
