Begin by preheating your oven to 350F degrees.
For this recipe, you will need a food processor, measuring cups/spoons, a sheet pan, and airtight container for storing your peanut butter.
Begin by spreading out two cups of Eatnuts.com Spanish Peanuts in a single layer on a cookie sheet. Roast for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally and rotating the pan a few times. Remove from the oven and let cool.
Take the cooled Eatnuts.com Spanish Peanuts and place a handful inside of a dish towel, rubbing vigorously to remove the skins. Repeat until all skins are removed.
Place the skinned and roasted Eatnuts.com Peanuts into your food processor - process until smooth, scraping down the sides occasionally. Add in the honey, salt, and oil (if you want a smoother texture), process again.
