Maple Pecan Truffles
Ingredients List:
Pecan Holiday Truffles are so delicious and fairly simple to make.
Directions
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
To make the truffle mix: in a medium size bowl, combine the Maple Pecan Butter, Eatnuts.com Date, Eatnuts.com Pecan Pieces, Eatnuts.com Dried Cranberries and Eatnuts.com Coconut. Mash all the ingredients together by hand.
Once all ingredients are combined, roll the mix into small, balls that are approximately ½” big. Place a toothpick into the top of each truffle and place each truffle onto baking sheet.
Create a dip by melting your Raw Chocolate or have it ready and then dip each truffle into your melted chocolate 2-3 times. Place each truffle back onto the baking sheet.
Place the baking sheet with your chocolate-dipped truffles inside the freezer for 15-20 minutes or until truffles and chocolate coating harden. To store, remove toothpicks and place truffles in an air tight container.
The roasted Maple Pecan Butter makes these truffles taste out of this world. The minute you bite into the truffle, your taste buds are smothered with a butter maple syrup flavor. With hints of tart dried cranberries and the bitterness of the chocolate, this is a perfect combination of flavors.
Made with raw chocolate, its dairy free and next to guilt-free. Each truffle is full of goodness, as it is packed with ingredients that are high in nutrition and healthy fats.

Chocolate has always been and continues to be an all time favorite for most people, especially around the holidays. We now know that pure Cacao is a superfood and is highly nutritionally dense. It’s only when we buy the highly processed chocolate from the stores with all the sugar and additives that chocolate becomes unhealthy.
