Ingredients List:

  • ½ cup Raw Almonds
  • ½ cup Raw Cashews
  • 1 teaspoon organic matcha powder
  • 1 ½ cups filtered water
  • 6-10 ice cups

  • Optional: sweetener of choice; sugar, honey, maple syrup, agave, Dates, or sugar.
  • Matcha is high in antioxidants and can be used to make a delicious Matcha Almond Milk. This recipe is dairy free and can easily be turned into an iced matcha latte or flavored matcha latte recipe.


    1. Place all ingredients into a high super power blender like a Vitamix machine.

    2. Start machine on a low speed and gradually take it to the highest speed. Run for roughly 2-3 minutes until all ingredients are blended together smoothly.

    Serving options: If you prefer a cold milk, possibly add more ice. If you prefer it warm, place it on the stove and heat it up.

    The fresh Almonds and Cashews in this recipe bring a perfect creaminess and sweetness to the matcha flavoring, while also adapting well to a sweetener. Each sip is creamy, satiating and yet inviting for you to take another sip.
