  • 1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  • ½ cup Raw Walnuts
  • ½ cup rolled gluten-free oats
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ⅓ cup raw agave

    1. In a food processor, process shredded coconut until oils appear, approximately 30 seconds.

    4. Remove dough from food processor. Form donut holes by rolling dough gently between palms to make 12-16 donut holes. Place the donut holes in a dehydrator for 4 hours at 105 degrees, or dry them outside in the warm sun.
