Pecan Pumpkin Drops
A substantial cookie with a unique pecan pumpkin flavor.
Preheat oven 425 degrees F. Combine flours, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and nutmeg in a bowl, stirring with a whisk; cut in butter with a pastry knife until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Combine pumpkin, and buttermilk in a bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add pumpkin mixture and Eatnuts.com Small Pecan Pieces to flour mixture, stirring until just combined.
Drop biscuit batter in mounds of ⅓ cupfuls onto baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 425 for 14 minutes or until golden.
Serve warm with cinnamon butter or honey butter.
