  • 1 cup cilantro, chopped
  • ½ cucumber, chopped
  • ¼ red onion, chopped
  • ½ cup tomatoes, deseeded and chopped into small pieces
  • ¼ cup mango, chopped
  • 4 limes, squeezed (approximately 6 tablespoons)
