Pure Raw Chocolate

Ingredients List:
Chocolate has always been and continues to be an all time favorite for most people, especially around the holidays. We now know that pure Cacao is a superfood and is highly nutritionally dense. It’s only when we buy the highly processed chocolate from the stores with all the sugar and additives that chocolate becomes unhealthy.
Directions
Use a double boiler or place a clean bowl over a saucepan of hot water. Ensure the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water and that no water goes inside the bowl.
First melt the coconut oil and coconut paste until completely liquid.
Place your melted results in a medium size bowl and begin to whisk in the Cacao Powder and Raw Agave.
Once all ingredients are mixed together, use your chocolate as you wish, perhaps serving it as a nut/fruit dip or pouring the chocolate into molds for decorative sweets. It may be easier to use a dropper to transfer melted chocolate into chocolate molds.
Place your chocolate treats in the freezer and allow to freeze for approximately 15-45 minutes. To store, place chocolates in an air tight container and return to the freezer or refrigerator.
The flavor or your Raw Chocolate will vary based on your desired sweetness, but this recipe will allow you to craft your perfect sweetness combination. If you prefer your chocolate to be on the bitter side you will want to use the minimal amounts of raw agave called for. You may also choose to substitute the Raw Agave with honey, stevia or your sweetener of choice.
