Once all ingredients are mixed together, use your chocolate as you wish, perhaps serving it as a nut/fruit dip or pouring the chocolate into molds for decorative sweets. It may be easier to use a dropper to transfer melted chocolate into chocolate molds.
Place your chocolate treats in the freezer and allow to freeze for approximately 15-45 minutes. To store, place chocolates in an air tight container and return to the freezer or refrigerator.
The flavor or your Raw Chocolate will vary based on your desired sweetness, but this recipe will allow you to craft your perfect sweetness combination. If you prefer your chocolate to be on the bitter side you will want to use the minimal amounts of raw agave called for. You may also choose to substitute the Raw Agave with honey, stevia or your sweetener of choice.Holiday Recipes, Healthy Recipes, Confection Recipes, Pie and Dessert Recipes, Vegan Recipes, Raw Recipes
