Ingredients List:

  • 1 ½ cups Eatnuts.com Raw Almonds
  • 1 ½ cups Eatnuts.com Raw Chopped Pecans
  • 4 large carrots
  • ½ cup mushrooms (mini portabello or cremini)
  • 1 medium brown onion
  • 4 cups parsley
  • ⅓ cup lemon juice
  • 1 ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 4 teaspoons rosemary fresh
  • 2 teaspoons mild curry powder
  • ⅓ cup nutritional yeast (optional for cheesy flavor)
  • This raw burger is any raw vegan's dream come true! A great lunch idea containing lots of almonds and pecans to fill you up and give you sustained energy.


    1. Roughly cut the onion, carrots and mushrooms.

    2. Add all ingredients in a food processor and process until finely chopped and mixed well.

    3. Shape into burger patties using your hands or with an an egg ring.

    4. Place in a dehydrators for 5-8 hours at 115 degrees and flip each patty over once about halfway through the dehydration period.

    5. Serving suggestion: Wrap in romaine lettuce along with avocado, sprouts and other favored veggies.
