Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Almonds and Bacon
There's no better way to enjoy brussels sprouts than with crispy bacon and sweet toasted almonds!
For this recipe, you will need a large roasting pan, a saute pan, cutting board, knife, and spatula.
Begin by preheating your oven to 425F degrees.
Cut the bacon with kitchen shears into small pieces and cook on the stove over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, or until most of the fat is rendered. Set aside.
Trim any yellow outer leaves and woody stems from the brussels and slice in half, place into your roasting pan.
