Simple Gluten-Free Pie Crust

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Use cooking spray or coconut oil to line a 8" or 9" pie dish to avoid sticking.
In a food processor pulse together the flour and salt.
Add coconut oil/butter and one egg and continue to pulse until it begins to form a ball.
Press dough into pie dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 8-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow crust to cool before filling the pie.
