Ingredients List:

  • 2 cups Almond Flour, coconut flour or another gluten free flour substitute
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil or butter
  • 1 large egg

  • Optional (sweet dishes)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • If you could use a healthier alternative in making your holiday dishes this year, why wouldn’t you? Gluten-free pie crust is a great starting point, as some of your guests may have gluten sensitivities or intolerance.


    1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

    2. Use cooking spray or coconut oil to line a 8" or 9" pie dish to avoid sticking.

    3. In a food processor pulse together the flour and salt.

    4. Add coconut oil/butter and one egg and continue to pulse until it begins to form a ball.

    5. Press dough into pie dish.

    6. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-12 minutes or until golden brown.

    7. Allow crust to cool before filling the pie.

    This Simple Gluten-Free crust is hard to beat for any type of holiday pie. Baking the crust for about 10-15 minutes give it a crisp, crunch that crumbles into your mouth with each bite. You can taste the toasty Almond Flour, complimentary to any holiday pie of your choosing.
