Ingredients List:

  • 2 packets frozen acai
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ⅛ cup mango or pineapple (fresh or frozen)
  • ¼ cup Homemade Almond Milk, or purchased almond milk
  • ⅛ cup Raw Macadamia Nuts

  • Topping Ingredients:

  • ⅛ cup Raw Macadamia Nuts
  • ⅛ cup unsweetened dried coconut
  • ⅛ cup mango or pineapple (fresh or frozen)
  • ⅛ cup Tropical Rawnola
  • Traditional acai bowls usually include fruits that are from the South American region, but a Tropical Acai Bowl is an especially great combination, to say the least. And for that matter, many tropical dishes can be made by simply adding complimentary tropical fruits to a recipe. This Tropical Acai Bowl incorporates not only tropical fruits, but also coconut and macadamia nuts which are found in tropical regions of the world. The hints of mango and pineapple combined with the acai base, banana, and almond will not only take your taste buds to a tropical place, but your imagination as well.


    1. In a high powered blender, preferably a Vitamix machine, place the frozen acai, banana, mango or pineapple, almond milk, and Macadamia Nuts, and blend until fully combined and a texture is like a very thick smoothie.

    2. Pour the blended mixture into a nice sized bowl, then add the topping ingredients along with the Tropical Rawnola.

    3. Serve immediately before it melts and enjoy.

    This is a tropical dive for the taste buds with the occasional hints of sweet mango or pineapple and the crunch of the macadamia nuts. The shredded coconut and the acai base ties all the flavors together splendidly.
