Tropical Rawnola

Ingredients List:
Have you ever wondered, "What exactly is rawnola?”. Well, it is just like granola, but it is made with all raw ingredients, there are no added sweeteners, and it is not baked. Tropical Rawnola includes delicious fruits and nuts that you would find in the most tropical locations. Our Tropical Rawnola recipe includes macadamia nuts, pineapple, mango, coconut, and you can always add your favorite ingredients.
Directions
Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender, preferably a Vitamix machine, or a food processor.
Start machine on a low setting. If you are using a Vitamix, use the tamper to help push the ingredients into the blade.
The result should be a chunky texture.
You will not need a lot of this rawnola whether you enjoy it solo or as a topping. The density of the macadamia nuts and dried coconut blends well with the flavors of the dried mango and pineapple chunks. Rawnola has an immediate association to the tropics and is a great way to bring more flavor and texture into some of your favorite foods.
