  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ⅔ cup almond pulp (use after making Homemade Almond Milk)
  • ¼ cup Eatnuts.com Almond Flour
  • ¼ cup almond butter or Homemade Almond Butter
  • ¾ cup cacao powder
  • ⅓ cup coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 25 drops liquid stevia
  • ¼ stevia chocolate chips
  • 2 flax eggs or 1 egg

    1. Pre-heat the oven to 325 degrees.

    2. Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl.

    3. Transfer to a greased 8”x4” loaf pan.

    4. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove and allow to cool. Cut and serve.
