Walnut and Cherry Wild Rice Salad
Healthy, quick, and loaded with flavor - delicious enjoyed as a side or main dish!
Cook the wild rice according to the directions on the package, turn out into a bowl and let cool.
While the rice is cooking, toast the walnuts over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring often. Set aside to cool.
