Ingredients List:

  • ⅔ cup Cashews
  • ⅓ cup agave or ⅔ cup All Natural Sweetner
  • 3 tablespoons coconut butter
  • 1½ tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • 1½ tablespoon water
  • When it comes to sweetened condensed milk drinks it is good to know that there are non dairy options for those of us that follow a dairy free diet. Cashews are great nuts to use to help substitute dairy, especially when it comes to making milk substitutes.


    1. Presoak Cashews for several hours, then strain.

    2. Have all ingredients at room temperature before blending.

    3. In a high powdered blender or Vitamix machine blend all of the ingredients until it has a thick and smooth texture.
