Hawaiian Fruit & Nut Bread

Directions
Grease a 9” x 5” pan and preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine crushed pineapple, flax eggs, and bananas in a medium bowl.
In a separate bowl combine flours, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and sugar. Stir these dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.

Pour into baking pan and bake for 45-50 minutes.
Cool and serve.
