Directions
Grease a 9” x 5” pan and preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine crushed pineapple, flax eggs, and bananas in a medium bowl.
In a separate bowl combine flours, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and sugar. Stir these dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
Gradually stir in Eatnuts.com Homemade Almond Milk and vanilla.
Fold in chopped dried fruit, coconut, and Eatnuts.com Macadamia Nuts.
Pour into baking pan and bake for 45-50 minutes.
Cool and serve.
