Asian Fusion Sweet n Spicy Noodles
For those who love asian fusion but can only have gluten free dishes, you will be happy to know that many asian recipes call for gluten free noodles such as rice noodles, this recipe uses kelp noodles. What makes this recipe a big hit is the amazing sauce and combination of vegetables.
Rinse and drain sea kelp noodles. Chop package into three pieces and set aside for later.
In a medium size bowl, whisk together all the ingredients for the sauce and let sit to thicken. Have all your ingredients chopped, minced and ready before starting the next steps.
