Summer Raw Flax Pizza Crust

Who would have ever guessed that you can make raw food pizza?! Guilt free pizza sounds like something unimaginable, but when it comes to eating raw foods such as this raw food pizza, you can be confident in knowing that you are eating guilt free pizza.
Directions
Put soaked flax seeds into a bowl and stir around, breaking up any clumps.
Prepare vegetables:
- Bell pepper - dice into pieces
- Crimini mushrooms - slice and dice into pieces
- Onion - dice into small pieces
- Garlic - mince Greens - roll into small burritos and cut strips no wider than ¼ of an inch
- Eatnuts.com Sun Dried Tomatoes - chop into small pieces
Returning to the bowl of flax seeds, stir in greens, sea salt, apple cider vinegar and Eatnuts.com Sunflower Seeds.
Add in the remaining vegetables, followed by nutritional yeast, olive oil and garlic. Mix well, making sure to mash out any flaxseed clumps.
Split the mixture in half and spread it evenly on 2 Teflex sheets (or parchment paper). Put into a dehydrator on 105 degrees for roughly 12 hours or until the top of the crackers are dry. Flip the crust over, remove the Teflex and score the crust into desired square slices.
Return to the dehydrator for another 12-24 hours until crust is completely dry. Store squares into an air tight container or plastic bag until ready for use.
