Directions
Line cupcake baking pan with paper cupcake liners.
Mix the crust ingredients in a large bowl. Using your hands, blend the ingredients until it becomes a sticky dough.
Place a 1” ball of dough in the bottom of each cupcake liner and push it down with your fingers or a spoon to create the crust.
In a high powered blender or Vitamix machine mix the filling ingredients until it is completely smooth. Add more water or Eatnuts.com Homemade Almond Milk as needed until you get a pudding-like consistency.
