A favorite Asian slaw recipe, light, crunchy and delicious.
For this recipe, you will need a large mixing bowl, a cookie sheet, a cutting board, measuring cups & spoons, mason jar with lid (or bowl & whisk), and a large mixing spoon.
Open the package of ramen and set aside the beef flavoring. Break apart the noodles into bite-sized pieces and place at the bottom of a large mixing bowl. Top the noodles with the green onion, Eatnuts.com Sliced Natural Almonds roasted, Eatnuts.com Sunflower Seeds roasted, fried peas, sesame sticks, and finally the broccoli slaw.
In a jar, or small bowl with whisk, combine sugar, seasoning packet, oil, and vinegar - shake or whisk until emulsified. Pour over the slaw, cover, and chill for at least 10 minutes and up to 24 hours.
