  • 1 whole flax egg (Mix 1 tablespoon ground flax + 3 tablespoons water, then let set for 5 minutes.)

  • ¼ cup coconut sugar
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon allspice
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon water

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    2. Prepare flax eggs in a bowl and mix to a frothy consistency.

    3. Add Cashews, sugar, syrup, spices, and water. Stir to coat the cashews. Place evenly on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.

    4. Bake for 15 minutes. Cool and serve.
