Ingredients List:

  • 2 cups Eatnuts.com Spanish Peanuts
  • 1 teaspoon Honey (optional)
  • Pinch of Salt (optional)
  • A quick, simple, and all natural homemade peanut butter. Customize however you'd like, even incorporate other nuts for a delicious and unique nut butter your family will love.

    Directions

    1. Begin by preheating your oven to 350F degrees.

    2. For this recipe, you will need a food processor, measuring cups/spoons, a sheet pan, and airtight container for storing your peanut butter.

    3. Begin by spreading out two cups of Eatnuts.com Spanish Peanuts in a single layer on a cookie sheet. Roast for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally and rotating the pan a few times. Remove from the oven and let cool.

    4. Take the cooled Eatnuts.com Spanish Peanuts and place a handful inside of a dish towel, rubbing vigorously to remove the skins. Repeat until all skins are removed.

    5. Place the skinned and roasted Eatnuts.com Peanuts into your food processor - process until smooth, scraping down the sides occasionally. Add in the honey, salt, and oil (if you want a smoother texture), process again.

    6. Store in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to two months.

Tip: Use any kind of peanut your heart desires - try with our Eatnuts.com Honey Roasted Peanuts. Add in chocolate, Eatnuts.com Whole Natural Almonds, cinnamon, or a variety of extracts for a unique peanut butter you can call your own!
